Lokarsa or Loka, is an independent Indonesian brand that creates mods and accessories with a focus on design, craftsmanship, and performance. Every piece is carefully made to deliver both functionality and artistic value.

Orders & Shipping

How can I place an order?

ℹ️ To participate in the drop, you must be a member of Loka’s Facebook Group.

⚠️ Orders placed by non-members will be considered ineligible and will not be refunded, so please ensure you’ve joined the group before making a purchase.

Orders can be placed directly through our official website — simply add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders must be paid once placed. Unpaid orders will result in removal from the Facebook Group and disqualification from any future Loka releases.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed 2-3 days after your payment is confirmed and the drop is closed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods, including bank transfers for Indonesian buyers and Wise for international buyers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide through trusted partners such as DHL Express or other couriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your destination.

How long does delivery take?

  • Domestic (Indonesia): 2–7 business days.
  • International: 5–14 business days, depending on courier and customs clearance.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or URL via email.

The tracking number provided by the delivery service is the official source of truth — if your account status still shows “on the way,” please refer to the courier’s tracking page for accurate information.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However, we provide after-sales service for eligible products. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are no longer responsible for delays or damages during transit.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, selected products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product. Please check the product page for details.
